Kevin is the Director of Insurance Practice at RStudio, PBC, evangelizing RStudio professional and open source offerings across the industry. He is also an advisor to Kasa AI, an open source community dedicated to advancing insurance analytics in a collaborative manner through research, education, and software development. Kevin is an author of several papers at the intersection of machine learning and actuarial science, the book Mastering Spark with R, and several R packages, including sparklyr and mlflow.
